Biografi	Ben is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s Global Real Estate Securities strategy and Real Estate Securities strategy, as well as head of real estate investments for the Real Assets investment team at Nuveen. He specializes in real estate equities in the U.K., Europe and Canada. From 2012 through 2017, Ben also covered the multi-family and healthcare sectors for the firm’s Real Estate Securities strategy. Ben began working in the investment industry in 2012 when he joined the firm. Before joining the firm, he worked for eight years in the real estate and renewable energy industries. Most recently, Ben was an independent consultant providing project development services to national and international wind energy developers. He started his career as a real estate development manager at Lander Group, where he managed infill multifamily and commercial projects from 2005 to 2007. Ben graduated with a bachelor of commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Biografi	Scott C. Sedlak entered the financial services industry in 2000. He joined Nuveen Asset Management in 2011 as Vice President and Senior Research Analyst. He was named Co-Portfolio Manager of the Real Estate Securities strategy in March 2011 and Senior Vice President in March 2012. Scott earned a B.S. in business administration – finance from Truman State University. He is a member ofthe National Association of Real Estate InvestmentTrusts (NAREIT).

Biografi	Jay L. Rosenberg entered the financial services industry in 1995. He has been a Managing Director and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Real Estate Securities and Global Infrastructure at Nuveen Asset Management since joining the firm in 2011. He has been Lead Portfolio Manager of the Real Asset Income strategy since September 2011, and in May 2014 he was named Head of Investments for Real Assets. Jay graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he received a B.S. He received a master’s degree in urban planning and public policy from the University of Illinois–Chicago.

Biografi	John serves in a strategic role as head of real assets for Nuveen Asset Management, responsible for the investment process and performance of the firm’s equity real estate, debt real estate, global infrastructure and real asset income strategies. John is the lead manager of the firm’s Real Estate Debt Strategy and co-portfolio manager of the Real Estate Securities Strategy, which invests primarily in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He also co-manages the Global Infrastructure Strategy, which invests in listed infrastructure companies from around the world, and the Real Asset Income Strategy, which invests in income-generating debt and equity securities from both the real estate and infrastructure segments. As a company spokesperson on real estate issues, John is featured in local and national media outlets throughout the year. He has been quoted in major business publications such as BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal. John has also appeared on a number of business programs for CNBC TV’s “Squawk Box” and Bloomberg TV. John’s background features a unique blend of nearly four decades of experience in public policy, urban planning, real estate finance and valuation, and portfolio management. In 1973, he began working for the city of St. Paul’s finance department, serving in a number of roles in property assessment and valuation, planning and economic development. A decade later, John joined the financial services industry as a mortgage banker at Norwest Mortgage and then as a public finance investment banker focused on housing and government projects for Miller & Schroeder Financial. He also worked for the Minneapolis Community Development Agency managing several of its finance departments including the commercial real estate and housing revenue bond programs. John joined the firm in 1992 as a portfolio manager forfour real estate debt closed-end funds. He took over management of the firm’s equity Real Estate Securities Strategy in October 1999. He was also a member of the teams that launched the Global Infrastructure Strategy in 2007 and the Real Asset Income Strategy in 2011. John earned a B.A. in public administration from Metropolitan State University and an M.B.A. in financefrom the University of St. Thomas.

Biografi	Melquist is a portfolio manager with RiverSource Investments. She joined RiverSource Investments in 2005 as a portfolio manager. Melquist was an analyst and portfolio manager at U.S. Bancorp Asset Management from 1994 to 2005. She Began investment career in 1993.
David F. Johnson	Lending officer	1998	1999
Biografi	David is a portfolio manager of Nuveen’s Small Cap Value strategies and related institutional portfolios. He is also a senior equity research analyst for the small cap value team, specializing in the energy, materials, technology, and utilities sectors. David joined the firm in 1997 as an equity research analyst supporting the mid- and large-cap teams. He joined the small cap value team in 2001 as a dedicated research analyst covering multiple sectors. Previously, he was a securities analyst at The State of Wisconsin Investment Board and a lending officer at both Shawmut National Bank and Bank of New England. David began working in the investment industry in 1990. David graduated with a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. David holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Biografi	Johnson is Cori B. Johnson, CFA, entered the financial services industry in 1981 and joined FAF Advisors, Inc. (“FAF”) in 1985. She became a portfolio manager in 1994. She most recently served as Senior Portfolio Manager at FAF until joining Nuveen Asset Management. She joined Nuveen Asset Management as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager on January 1, 2011 in connection with its acquisition of a portion of FAF’s asset management business. Johnson holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Mary M. Hoyme	Portfolio Manager	1995	1997
Biografi	Hoyme is a portfolio manager and analyst with U.S. Bancorp's First American Asset Management, her employer since 1989. She has 16 years of finance industry experience, including four years in portfolio management. Hoyme is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She is a member of the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts.
Charles S. Ingwalson	President, Portfolio Manager	1995	1996
Biografi	Ingwalson is president and portfolio manager with First Asset Realty Advisers, his employer since 1984. He is treasurer of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and past president of the Minnesota Mortgage Bankers Association.
