Biografi	Bob Kase, CFA Senior Portfolio Manager Bob Kase is a senior portfolio manager at Voya Investment Management. Previously, he was the co-lead portfolio manager for proprietary investments investment grade credit. Before joining the firm, he managed corporate, ABS and CMBS for SunTrust Bank. He began his career as a senior portfolio manager at CL Capital Management, followed by a stint as a senior portfolio manager for American General. Bob received a BS from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Biografi	Bob Kase, CFA and Senior Portfolio Manager, joined Voya IM in 2007. Prior to joining Voya IM, Mr. Kase managed corporate, asset-backed securities, and commercial mortgage-backed securities for SunTrust Bank. Before that, he was a senior portfolio manager for American General, and before that was a senior portfolio manager at CL Capital Management. Bob received a BS from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Biografi	Matt Toms is the chief executive officer of Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial. As CEO, Toms leads the strategic direction and operational performance of Voya Investment Management, which manages strategies spanning public and private fixed income, equities, multi-asset solutions and alternative strategies for institutions, financial intermediaries and individual investors. Voya Investment Management has domestic offices in New York City, Atlanta, San Diego and San Francisco, among others, as well investment teams in London, UK. Matt has over 30 years of asset management experience, both domestically and internationally. Prior to becoming CEO, Matt was global chief investment officer and CIO of fixed income at Voya Investment Management and led a team of investment professionals with broad oversight of Voya’s public fixed income, private fixed income and alternatives, equities, and multi-asset strategies and solutions. Before joining Voya, Matt worked at Calamos Investments, where he built their fixed income business. He also has prior portfolio management experience at Northern Trust and Lincoln National. Matt serves on Voya Financial’s Executive Committee and is a board member of Pomona Capital. He earned a BBA from the University of Michigan and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Biografi	Michael Mata serves as senior vice president and the head of Multi-Sector Fixed Income at OppenheimerFunds. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 2014, Michael previously served as Managing Director - Head of Multi-Sector Fixed Income as well as portfolio manager of the Global Bond and Core Plus strategies for Voya (formerly “ING Investment Management”). Prior to that, he worked at Putnam Investments in Boston, MA as Senior Risk Manager and also at Lehman Brothers, where he was the Risk Manager for Fixed Income Trading. Mr. Mata has an MBA from DePaul University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He also holds a B.A. from Florida International University where he majored in Finance.

Biografi	Principal, Senior Vice Presiden,joined LCM in 1995, LCM changed name to Neuberger Berman Fixed Income LLC . Prior to joining Lincoln Capital, Tracy was a Treasury Analyst at PacifiCorp, a northwest public utility company. At PacifiCorp she was responsible for all parent company and subsidiary company short-term debt management. Tracy received her BS in Finance from Portland State University.
Andrew A. Johnson	Head of Global Investment Grade Fixed Income	2008	2012
Biografi	Andrew Johnson, Managing Director, joined the firm in 1989. Andy is the Co-Head of Global Investment Grade and acts as Senior Portfolio Manager on both Global Investment Grade and Multi-Sector Fixed Income strategies. He sits on the firm’s Investment Risk, Asset Allocation and Partnership committees and is a member of Fixed Income’s Investment Strategy Committee and Multi-Sector Group. He is also a member of Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a manager of financial planning and analysis at Illinois Bell. Previously, he had been an R&D engineer at Northrop Defense Systems Division. Andy earned his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
