Biografi	Steven Wittwer, Senior Managing Director, is the Head of the Infrastructure Group and a Senior Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Global Listed Infrastructure Strategy. Mr. Wittwer joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Analyst and concentrated his research on the global communications, transportation, and utilities sectors. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Wittwer was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst at Great Lakes Advisors in Chicago. He also previously worked for UBS Global Asset Management for 14 years in various capacities, including functioning as the Global Head of their Global Telecom team, conducting research in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, and serving as a key participant on the UBS Global Technology team. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin, and an MBA in Finance from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive).

Biografi	Connie M. Luecke joined Duff & Phelps in 1992 and serves as Senior Managing Director. Ms. Luecke is also Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the DNP Select Income Fund Inc. Connie M. Luecke serves as co-portfolio manager of the Virtus Global Infrastructure Fund and as senior telecommunications analyst of the DNP Select Income Fund, Inc. She has been a Senior Vice President of Duff & Phelps since January 1998 and was previously Managing Director of Duff & Phelps from 1996-1998. From 1992-1995, Ms. Luecke was employed by Duff & Phelps Investment Research Co., where she served as Managing Director (1995), Vice President (1994), Assistant Vice President (1993) and Analyst (1992). Ms. Luecke concentrates her research on the global telecommunications and transportation infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Connie was a financial valuation consultant with Coopers & Lybrand for two years and research assistant with Harris Associates L.P. for six years. She holds a BS degree from DePaul University and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Biografi	Mr. Smith has been a Senior Vice President of Duff & Phelps since January 1998. Currently, he is a co-portfolio manager for the Virtus Global Infrastructure Fund and the senior utilities analyst for the DNP Select Income Fund, Inc. He was a Managing Director of Duff & Phelps from 1996-1998. From 1990-1995, Mr. Smith was employed by Duff & Phelps Investment Research Co., where he served as a managing Director (1995), a Vice President (1992 - 1994), an Assistant Vice President (1991) and an Analyst (1990). Mr. Smith concentrates his research on the global electric, natural gas and transportation infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Smith worked for eight years at NiSource, an Indiana-based electric and gas utility company.
T. Brooks Beittel	Senior Vice President	2004	2010
Biografi	T. Brooks Beittel serves as Executive Vice President and Assistant Chief Investment Officer of Duff & Phelps - Director, Fixed Income. He was Senior Vice President from 1993 through 2007. Mr. Beittel has been Secretary and Senior Vice President of DNP Select Income Fund Inc. since 1993, and Secretary of Duff & Phelps Utility and Corporate Bond Trust and of DTF Tax-Free Income Inc. since May 2005, and Secretary of Duff & Phelps Global Utility Income Fund Inc. since March 2011. Mr. Beittel concentrates his research and portfolio management on fixed-income securities. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 1987, he managed the Trust Investment Department for Huntington National Bank and worked in the Bank and Trust Investment Departments for National City Bank. He holds BA and MBA degrees from Ohio University.

Biografi	Deborah Jansen, a Senior Vice President of Duff & Phelps since 2001, and Chief Investment Officer of Duff & Phelps Global Utility Income Fund Inc. since March 2011. Ms. Jansen concentrates her research on the global electric, natural gas and energy infrastructure industries. From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Jansen was a Senior Vice President, Principal and Equity Portfolio Manager at Stein Roe & Farnham, Inc. and other affiliates of Liberty Financial Companies. In 1995, Ms. Jansen worked as Senior Vice President in equity research at Bank One Investment Advisors. From 1987 to 1995, Ms. Jansen was a Vice President, Principal and Economist at Stein Roe & Farnham. She holds a BS degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a MS degree from the University of Illinois.

Biografi	Nathan Partain is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co., a position he has held since 2005. Previously, Mr. Partain was Executive Vice President. Earlier, he was with Duff & Phelps Investment Research Co., where he served as the Director of Utility Research, Director of Equity Research, and Director of Fixed Income Research. Mr. Partain has been President and Chief Executive Officer of DNP Select Income Fund Inc. since 2001, and was Chief Investment Officer of DNP from 1998-2017, and previously served as Executive Vice president and Senior Vice President. Since 2004, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Duff & Phelps Utility and Corporate Bond Trust Inc. and DTF Tax-Free Income Inc. He is a Director of DNP Select Income Fund Inc., Duff & Phelps Utility and Corporate Bond Trust Inc., and DTF Tax-Free Income Inc. since 2007 and President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Duff & Phelps Utility & Infrastructure Fund Inc. since 2011.
