Before this, she was an associate portfolio manager from 2021 and a portfolio analyst from 2017. Agnieszka joined Henderson in 2014 as a senior analyst, performance measurement. Prior to that, she was a GIPS analyst with Barring Asset Management from 2013. Before Barring, she held various analyst roles with HSBC from 2010. She began her career in 2009 as a trade support analyst with Citigroup. Agnieszka has a BA degree and an MSc both with distinction in economics from West Pomeranian University of Technology, Poland, and a BA degree (Hons) in English studies from the College of Modern Languages, Poland. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation

Biografi	Brent Olson is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors on the US Fixed Income and Corporate Credit Teams, a role he has held since 2019. Brent rejoined Janus Henderson in 2017 as a credit analyst. Prior to this, he was a lead portfolio manager at Scout Investments on a growth equity strategy that emphasised fixed income metrics and credit data points to select stocks. Before Scout, he oversaw high-yield and leveraged equity research as well as managed fixed income products at Three Peaks Capital Management from 2005 until 2013.

Biografi	Tim Winstone is Head of Investment Grade Credit and Portfolio Manager on the Corporate Credit Team at Janus Henderson Investors. He joined Henderson as a portfolio manager in 2015 and began leading the investment grade platform in 2024. Prior to Henderson, he was an executive director, senior fixed income portfolio manager and part of the global credit team at UBS Global Asset Management. He began his career as a portfolio assistant at Thesis Asset Management and has worked in global credit since 2004. Tim earned a BSc degree (Hons) in mathematics from the University of Bristol. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Investment Management Certificate and passed the Regulation and Compliance unit of the CISI Diploma. He has 21 years of financial industry experience.

Biografi	Tom Ross is Head of High Yield at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2022. In this role, Tom is responsible for leading investment strategy and portfolio management of the firm’s high yield franchise. He has served as a portfolio manager on the Corporate Credit Team since 2006. Prior to portfolio management, he specialised in credit trading on Henderson's centralised dealing desk. He joined Henderson in 2002. Tom graduated with a BSc degree (Hons) in biology from Nottingham University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografi	"Seth Meyer is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors responsible for co-managing the High Yield, Global High Yield, Multi-Sector Credit and Short Duration High Yield strategies. He also has co-managed the fixed income portion of the Perkins Value Plus Income strategy since 2018. Seth was promoted to assistant portfolio manager supporting primarily the High Yield and Short Duration High Yield strategies in 2012. He joined Janus in 2004 as a product manager covering a variety of equity and fixed income strategies before becoming a credit analyst. Prior to Janus, he was a consultant relations manager at OppenheimerFunds. Seth received his bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Colorado. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 21 years of financial industry experience."
Kevin Patrick Loome	Portfolio Manager	2013	2017
Biografi	Kevin Loome, Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price, is the Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Philadelphia-based T. Rowe Price U.S. High Yield Fund and is chairman of its Investment Advisory Committee. Mr. Loome joined the T. Rowe Price in 2017 through T. Rowe Price’s acquisition of the Henderson High Yield Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loome had worked with the Henderson team since 2013, most recently as head of U.S. credit and manager of the high yield team.
Chris Bullock	Credit Analyst	2013	2016
Biografi	Chris Bullock joined Henderson in 2003 as a credit analyst. He has been a co-manager on the absolute return credit funds since 2006 and has launched a number of European and Global bond funds. Chris trained as a management accountant with Zeneca and Accenture, before joining Insight Investment as a credit analyst. Chris graduated with a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and is both a CFA charterholder and member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
