Prior to joining the firm, Arin was a general manager for GT Petroleum Trade & Services. Prior to that, she was an export manager for Thai Petroleum and Trading. Arin holds a B.S. from Assumption University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is also a CFA charterholder.
Kristina Campmany	Portfolio Manager	2023	now
Biografi	Kristina Campmany, Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2023 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2019. Prior to joining Invesco, Ms. Campmany was associated with OppenheimerFunds, a global asset management firm, since 2018.
Wim Vandenhoeck	Portfolio Manager	2018	now
Biografi	Wim Vandenhoeck, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2019 . Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vandenhoeck was an Portfolio Manager with the Global Debt team in OppenheimerFunds Inc. since 2015, principally conducting interest rate and foreign currency analysis in emerging markets. Prior to that, Wim was a partner at APQ Partners LLP, an emerging markets investment adviser based out of London. Prior to that, he was an asset manager at GLG Partners LP in London, where he focused on emerging market fixed income strategies. Before GLG, he was a partner at Six Seasons Global Asset Management LLC, Aravali Partners LLC and Havell Capital Management LLC, all in New York, mainly managing fixed income macro strategies, often with a focus on emerging markets. Earlier in his career, he has held positions at Bank Brussels Lambert and Paribas Bank. Wim is also a frequent speaker on the topics of uncovering emerging market fixed income opportunities and analyzing the risk within. Wim holds a B.A. from Katholiek Universiteit Leuven and his M.B.A. from Cornell University.
Christopher (Chris) Kelly	Senior Vice President	2015	now
Biografi	Mr. Kelly has been a Senior Vice President of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. since January 2016 and a Portfolio Manager of the firm and Co-Head of the Global Debt Team since March 2015. He was a Vice President of the firm from March 2015 through January 2016. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Mr. Kelly was at BlackRock Inc., where he was Deputy Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income from June 2012 to January 2015. Mr. Kelly was also a portfolio manager and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Emerging Markets at Fisher Francis Trees and Watts, a BNP Paribas Investment Partner, from February 2008 to April 2012. Chris holds a B.A. from Macalester College and a Masters in international affairs from Columbia University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Hemant Baijal	Vice President	2013	now
Biografi	Hemant Baijal (lead manager), Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2019 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2019. Prior to the commencement of the Fund’s operations, Mr. Baijal managed the predecessor fund since 2018 and was associated with OppenheimerFunds, a global asset management firm, since 2011. Hemant Baijal leads the Global Fixed Income team. He is the lead portfolio manager at Oppenheimer. Prior to joining the firm, Hemant co-founded Six Seasons Global Asset Management, where he served as partner and portfolio manager with a focus on fixed income macro strategies. Before his role at Six Seasons, he was a partner and portfolio manager at Aravali Partners, LLC., where he focused on absolute return and interest rate hedging strategies. Previously, Hemant was a partner and portfolio manager at Havell Capital Management, LLC., where he focused on fixed income macro and relative value strategies. Earlier in his career, Hemant was a senior portfolio manager for international, global and multi-sector fixed income portfolios at Neuberger Berman. He has also held positions at Banca Di Roma, The First Boston Corporation and Merrill Lynch and Co. Hemant holds a B.A. from the University of Delhi and his M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Sara J. Zervos	Vice President	2009	2015
Biografi	Sara Zervos serves as senior vice president and the head of the Global Debt team. She is a portfolio manager for the International Bond Strategy, and related strategies, including the Oppenheimer Emerging Markets Debt and Oppenheimer Global Strategic Income Funds. In addition, she is the Global Debt team’s Director of International Research. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Sara was a portfolio manager with Sailfish Capital Management as the comanager of an emerging market strategy. Before Sailfish, she was a portfolio manager for emerging market local debt strategies at Dillon Read Capital Management and OTA Asset Management. Sara was a senior financial economist at the World Bank for two years, working on development issues in emerging capital markets. Sara spent a year as a finance professor at Brunel University in England and has published her work in academic and development journals. She received her Ph.D. and M.A. in economics from the University of Rochester, specializing in international economics and finance, and earned a B.A. in economics from Arizona State University.

Biografi	Arthur P. Steinmetz is a portfolio manager and Vice President of Oppenheimerfunds. Mr. Steinmetz has been the Chief Investment Officer of the Manager since October 2010; Chief Investment Officer, Fixed-Income, of the Manager from April 2009 to October 2010; Executive Vice President of the Manager since October 2009; Director of Fixed Income of the Manager from January 2009 to April 2009 and a Senior Vice President of the Manager from March 1993 to September 2009. He is a portfolio manager of other portfolios in the OppenheimerFunds Complex.

Biografi	Robert Robis, CFA, Portfolio Manager, is head of fixed-income macro strategies for ING IM. In this role, Mr. Robis is responsible for contributing to strategy-setting across global rates, sectors, and currencies. Prior to joining ING IM in 2011, Mr. Robis was the senior fixed-income portfolio manager and global macro strategist at Oppenheimer Funds Inc. from 2005 to 2010. He began his career in 1995 with The Bank Credit Analyst Research Group.

MSc, Ph.D., Institute of Economics and Econometrics, University of Rome. Professional affiliations: Visiting Professor, “Bocconi” University, Milan, Department of Finance. Joined Federated 2014; Investment Experience: 24 Years.
Ashwin K. Vasan	Vice President	1995	1999
Biografi	Mr. Vasan has over 19 years of investment experience. Prior to founding Trend Capital, Mr. Vasan was the Head of Macro Trading at ShumwayCapital Partners from July 2009 through its closure in March 2011. Prior to Shumway, he worked as a portfolio manager at Tudor Investment Corporation from 1999 to 2009, where he was also a partner. Prior to joining Tudor, Mr. Vasan was a Portfolio Manager at Oppenheimer Funds, where he oversaw the international fixed income business. Mr. Vasan began his career at Citibank where he was an International Economist from 1989 to 1991. Mr. Vasan is a trained economist. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Nebraska, his MA in Economics from San Diego State University, and did three years of PhD work at New York University.
