| Biografi | Noah serves as Head of Infrastructure Investments for Nuveen, overseeing strategy, investment process and performance of the firm’s infrastructure platform and also serves as a portfolio manager for Nuveen's public global infrastructure strategies. Prior to joining Nuveen in 2015, Noah worked at Xcel Energy as the director of investor relations. In that role, Noah performed detailed analysis on regulated utilities, independent power producers, pipelines and master limited partnerships. He began his career working as a sell-side equity analyst covering regulated utilities and power companies at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Noah began working in the investment industry in 2008. Noah graduated with highest distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a B.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Prior to that, he was an associate analyst in equity research at Avondale Partners, LLC and a management analyst with KPMG Consulting. | Biografi | Tryg is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s Global Infrastructure strategy, which invests in listed infrastructure companies from around the world. He joined the global infrastructure team in 2011. Tryg is also a portfolio manager for the firm’s Real Asset Income strategy, which invests in income-generating debt and equity securities from both the real estate and infrastructure segments, since 2015. In addition, he serves as the director of research -infrastructure, with responsibility for direct management of the U.S.-based equity research analysts dedicated to the Global Infrastructure and Real Asset Income teams. | Biografi | Jay L. Rosenberg entered the financial services industry in 1995. He has been a Managing Director and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Real Estate Securities and Global Infrastructure at Nuveen Asset Management since joining the firm in 2011. John is the lead manager of the firm’s Real Estate Debt Strategy and co-portfolio manager of the Real Estate Securities Strategy, which invests primarily in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He also co-manages the Global Infrastructure Strategy, which invests in listed infrastructure companies from around the world, and the Real Asset Income Strategy, which invests in income-generating debt and equity securities from both the real estate and infrastructure segments. As a company spokesperson on real estate issues, John is featured in local and national media outlets throughout the year. He has been quoted in major business publications such as BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal. John has also appeared on a number of business programs for CNBC TV’s “Squawk Box” and Bloomberg TV. John’s background features a unique blend of nearly four decades of experience in public policy, urban planning, real estate finance and valuation, and portfolio management. In 1973, he began working for the city of St. Paul’s finance department, serving in a number of roles in property assessment and valuation, planning and economic development. A decade later, John joined the financial services industry as a mortgage banker at Norwest Mortgage and then as a public finance investment banker focused on housing and government projects for Miller & Schroeder Financial. He also worked for the Minneapolis Community Development Agency managing several of its finance departments including the commercial real estate and housing revenue bond programs. John joined the firm in 1992 as a portfolio manager forfour real estate debt closed-end funds. He took over management of the firm’s equity Real Estate Securities Strategy in October 1999. He was also a member of the teams that launched the Global Infrastructure Strategy in 2007 and the Real Asset Income Strategy in 2011. John earned a B.A. in public administration from Metropolitan State University and an M.B.A. in financefrom the University of St. Thomas. | ||
