Biografi	Sridhar Kancharla, CFA, is Head of Large Cap Quantitative Portfolio Management, responsible for research and implementation of several large/small cap quantitative equity strategies. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2007, Sridhar was a Senior Software Engineer at Grossman & Associates responsible for developing industry leading commodity management and accounting software deployed at multi-billion dollar grain companies throughout North America. Sridhar holds a B.S in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a CFA charter holder, a member of the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Chicago. Mark received his B.A. degree in Quantitative Economic and Decision Sciences from University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago. Mark is a CFA Charterholder.
Reed A. LeMar	Vice President	2024	now
Biografi	Reed LeMar, Vice President, is a portfolio manager on the quantitative active equity team responsible for the research and implementation of several large/small cap quantitative equity strategies. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2007, Mr. LeMar was an options trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, focusing on Treasury Bond Options. Mr. LeMar received a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is an active CFA® Charterholder.
Michael R. Hunstad	-	2020	now
Biografi	Michael Hunstad is the Chief Investment Officer - Global Equities at Northern Trust. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Mike was head of research at Breakwater Capital, a proprietary trading firm and hedge fund. Other roles include head of quantitative asset allocation at Allstate Investments, LLC and quantitative analyst with a long-short equity hedge fund. Michael holds a PhD in applied mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an MBA from Purdue University and a BS from Northern State University. He is also finishing a second PhD in economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Biografi	Robert H. Bergson is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager/Quantitative Researcher in the Quantitative Active team at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is responsible for research and implementation of several quantitative equity strategies. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 1997, Robert was director of research at Real Estate Research Corp. in Chicago. Robert received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a CFA charterholder and an Associated Person of the National Futures Association. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Society of Quantitative Analysts, the Investments Analysts Society of Chicago and the Chicago Quantitative Alliance.

Biografi	Alex Ryer, CFA, FRM, CAIA, is a Vice President at the Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Researcher in the Quantitative Active Team responsible for research and implementation of several quantitative equity strategies. Previously, Alex was part of the Northern Trust Bank FSB in New York as a Portfolio Manager and Trader within the Quantitative Management International Group within Northern Trust Global Investments. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2005, Alex held Senior Portfolio Management positions at Rhumbline Advisers and State Street Global Advisors. Alex holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and an M.B.A from the University of New Hampshire. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. He is a Certified Financial Risk Manager, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and holds a Series 3 license.

Biografi	Michael J. Towle is a Second Vice President at the Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is an Associate Portfolio Manager supporting the Small Cap Growth Equity fund within Northern Trust Global Investments. Prior to joining Northern Trust as an Officer in July 2004, Michael was an Institutional Relationship Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman from 2003 to 2004; Private Client Portfolio Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman from 2001 to 2003; and an Associate Portfolio Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman from 1999 to 2001. Michael received a B.S. degree in Finance from DePaul University and a M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Matthew Peron	CIO (Chief Investment Officer)	2007	2010
Biografi	Matt Peron is Global Head of Solutions at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held from 2023. He leads the firm’s Solutions Group, a team that constructs multi-asset solutions for clients’ complex investment objectives. Additionally, he is a portfolio manager on the firm’s suite of equity research strategies and is chair of the Portfolio Oversight Team that monitors risk for the research portfolios. Matt served as director of research, overseeing the central research team and analysts from 2020 to 2024. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Matt was chief investment officer at City National Bank (the US Private Bank for the Royal Bank of Canada) from 2018. Earlier, he was an executive vice president and global head of equities at Northern Trust in Chicago from 2005. Matt has served on or chaired several investment committees overseeing asset allocations for large asset pools. He began his career in fixed income in 1990 and also has extensive experience with quantitative and fundamental portfolio management. Matt received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Swarthmore College, graduating with distinction, and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He sits on the board of the Illinois Hunger Coalition and is active in nonprofit organizations that focus on developing skills and entrepreneurship in underprivileged communities. He has 34 years of financial industry experience.
David P. Kalis	VICE PRESIDENT, CO-PORTFOLIO MANAGER	2009	2009
Biografi	David P. Kalis is a Vice President and Co-Portfolio Manager on the Growth/Fixed Income Team. His responsibilities include analysis and research. Prior to joining Calamos Mr. Kalis was a managing partner of Charis Capital Management (CCM), a long/short equity firm he founded in 2010, which focused on small- and mid-cap equities. Previously, he was Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager – Small and Mid Cap Growth Equities at Northern Trust Global Investments, and a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Segall Bryant & Hamill (SBH), a Chicago based investment partnership. Mr. Kalis is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Kalis also participates in a number of community and professional organizations, including United Way Chicago and the CFA Society of Chicago.
Christopher D. Guinther	President	2005	2007
Biografi	Chris Guinther is president and chief investment officer at Silvant Capital Management. He is the lead portfolio manager for the Small Cap Growth discipline and a senior portfolio manager for the Large Cap Growth, Large Cap Core Growth, and the Select Large Cap Growth disciplines. He has worked in investment management since 1993. Prior to joining Silvant’s predecessor firm in 2007, Mr. Guinther worked for Northern Trust Global Investors as a senior vice president and Institutional Small Cap Growth portfolio manager. Previously, he worked as a Small Cap Growth portfolio manager with both Principal Global Investors and Banc One Investment Advisors. In 1992, Mr. Guinther earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Ohio University, where he graduated with honors.
John B. Leo	Senior Vice President	2004	2006
Biografi	Leo is a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Northern Trust, his employer since 1984. Leo is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago.
