Mardarovici was also responsible for driving investment strategy and managing institutional portfolios and mutual funds across a wide spectrum of strategies,

Biografi	J. David Hillmeyer, CFA Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of US Multisector Fixed Income J. David Hillmeyer co-leads the firm's US Multisector Fixed Income team for Macquarie Asset Management Fixed Income (MFI) with responsibility for investment strategy and business development across the full suite of US multisector strategies. In addition, Hillmeyer has responsibility for our global credit strategies. Hillmeyer is also a member of MFI's Global Leadership Group which is responsible for the overall management of MFI including setting and executing on the team's strategic vision. Prior to joining Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) in August 2007 as a vice president and corporate bond trader, he worked for more than 11 years in various roles at Hartford Investment Management Company, including senior corporate bond trader, high yield portfolio manager / trader, and quantitative analyst. He began his career as an investment advisor in January 1989 at Shawmut Bank, leaving the firm as an investment officer in November 1995. Hillmeyer earned his bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, and he is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Council for Business Economics.

Biografi	Ms. Regan is Senior Vice President of IICO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which IICO serves as investment manager. She joined IICO in November 2007 as a fixed-income investment analyst and trader. She was appointed assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager in January 2010. Ms. Regan earned a BA in Economics in May 1984 and an MA in Economics in December 1985 from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Biografi	Mark Otterstrom is a Vice President of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company and Ivy Investment Management Company. Mr. Otterstrom graduated in 1979 with a BS in finance from the University of Tulsa. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1986. He was previously affiliated with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a bank holding company examiner. In addition, he analyzed the financial condition and compliance with banking laws for thirty regional bank holding companies. Mr. Otterstrom joined Waddell & Reed in May 1987 as a fixed income specialist with emphasis in high yield municipal bonds. He was appointed assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager in January 1995 and vice president in January 1996. Mr. Otterstrom was named portfolio manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Municipal High Income Fund in June 2000. Mr. Otterstrom assumed responsibility over the Core Fixed Income and Core Intermediate Fixed Income strategies upon Jim Cusser leaving the firm. Mr. Otterstrom is a CFA charter holder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts.
James C. Cusser	Vice President	2007	2008
Biografi	Cusser serves as vice president and portfolio manager with Waddell & Reed Investment Management, his employer since August 1992. Previously, he spent 12 years as a fixed-income strategist for Kidder, Peabody & Company. Prior to that, he worked as manager of fixed-income research at General Electric Investment Corporation, as a rating officer at Standard & Poor's, and as an analyst at the First Boston Corporation. He is the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
W. Patrick Sterner	Vice President	1992	2007
Biografi	Sterner is a vice president with Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company, his employer since 1992. Prior to joining Waddell & Reed, he spent seven years as an executive vice president and chief investment officer of the trust division at The Merchants Bank. Previously, he spent six years as an executive vice president and manager of the financial-services division at Traders Bank. Sterner holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
