Biografi	Mr. Dondero is also the co-founder and President of Highland, founder and President of NexPoint Advisors, L.P., Chairman of the board of directors, Chief Executive Officer and member of the investment committee of NXRT, President of NexPoint Capital, Inc., President of NMCT, director for American Banknote Corporation, director for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, director for Jernigan Capital, Inc., Chairman of the board of directors for Cornerstone Healthcare, Chairman of the board of directors for CCS Medical, and Chairman of NexBank, an affiliated bank that is majority owned by Mr. Dondero. Mr. Dondero has over 30 years of experience investing in credit and equity markets and has helped pioneer credit asset classes. Prior to founding Highland Capital Management in 1993, Mr. Dondero served as Chief Investment Officer of Protective Life’s GIC subsidiary and helped grow the business between 1989 and 1993. His portfolio management experience includes mortgage-backed securities, investment grade corporates, leveraged bank loans, high-yield bonds, emerging market debt, real estate, derivatives, preferred stocks and common stocks. From 1985 to 1989, he managed in fixed income funds for American Express. Mr. Dondero received a BS in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Virginia, and is a Certified Managerial Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Stephen V. Gelhaus	Associate Portfolio Manager	2002	2013
Biografi	Stephen V. Gelhaus is a Senior Vice President of GEAM. He has been a member of the portfolio management team since January 2002. Mr. Gelhaus joined GEAM in June 1991 and was a research analyst in the U.S. Equities group from 1995 through 2001 and became an associate portfolio manager at GEAM in 1999.

Biografi	Paul C. Reinhardt is a Senior Vice President of GEAM. Mr. Reinhardt joined GEAM in 1982 as an equity analyst and has been a portfolio manager since 1987.

Biografi	Hathaway is senior vice president and portfolio manager of GE Investment Management, his employer since 1985. Previously, he was senior vice president and portfolio manager at Ameritrust from 1975 to 1985. Prior to that, he held investment positions at Merrill Lynch, Equitable Life, and US Trust.
Jack Feiler	President	1998	2001
Biografi	Jack is a founder of Palisade Capital Management and a member of the Investment Policy Committee. In 1970, he joined Burnham & Co. as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Broad Street Investment Management, a division of Drexel Burnham Lambert. From 1990 until the founding of Palisade in 1995, Mr. Feiler was Senior Vice President of Investments at Smith Barney. He received his Bachelor’s degree in 1964 from The City College of New York and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1967.
Jeffrey Simmons	-	1996	1998
Biografi	Jeff has over 28 years of investment experience working with institutional fixed income clients. His responsibilities include developing, maintaining and serving the firm’s institutional clients. Jeff obtained his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1993. Jeff is currently a member of the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago. Prior to joining Baird Advisors Jeff spent over 13 years as a Managing Director at Dearborn Partners where he was responsible for managing the firm’s institutional business unit.
Carl F. Faust	executive Vice President	1993	1996
Biografi	Faust is an executive vice president with Duff & Phelps Investment Management Company, his employer since 1988. From 1973 to 1988, he was a vice president and senior account manager with First National Bank of Chicago. Previously, Faust also worked as a director of the Illinois State Board of Investment and as an analyst with Harris Bank. Faust earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1969. He was born January 23, 1938 in Chicago. Faust and his wife have two grown children.
