Biografi	James Palmieri, CFA, is a Managing Director of SSGA and the Adviser, a Senior Portfolio Manager, and Head of Structured Credit for the Fundamental Active Fixed Income Team. In his role, he is the lead portfolio manager and trader for the Structured Products Group servicing all total rate of return and insurance accounts managed in Stamford, CT. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Palmieri is a member of the Fixed Income Currency and Cash Senior Leadership Team, and the Fundamental Active Core and Core Plus Fixed Income Team. He joined SSGA in 2016 through its acquisition of GE Asset Management. Prior to joining SSGA, Mr. Palmieri worked at GE Asset Management for eleven years as a senior portfolio manager and trader for all fixed income total rate of return and insurance accounts for GE. Prior to joining GE Asset Management, he worked at Constitution State Corporate Credit Union for one year as an investment director and CIGNA Investment Management for five years as a fixed income portfolio manager. He received his Bachelor of Science from Central Connecticut State University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has twenty years of investment experience.
Matthew Nest	Managing Director	2018	now
Biografi	Matthew Nest, CFA, is a Managing Director of SSGA and the Adviser and Global Head of Macro Strategies. In that capacity, he is responsible for global interest rate and currency portfolio management. Prior to joining SSGA in 2016, Mr. Nest spent sixteen years at PIMCO in a number of functions including portfolio management, strategy and business development. He has worked in the U.S., Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong. He started his career at Bank of America and has been working in the investment industry since 1999. Mr. Nest has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Mark H. Johnson	Senior Vice President	2007	2019
Biografi	Mark Johnson, CFA, is a Senior Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors (“SSGA”) and SSGA Funds Management, Inc. and Head of Portfolio Management of the investment management group. He is co-responsible for managing all actively managed fixed income strategies as well as the insurance general account product offering. Mr. Johnson joined SSGA through its acquisition of GE Asset Management Incorporated (“GEAM”) in July 2016. Prior to joining SSGA, Mr. Johnson had served in various senior investment roles at GEAM since 2002.
William M. Healey	Senior Vice President	1996	2018
Biografi	William M. Healey is a Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer – Core Fixed Income Investments of GEAM. He joined GEAM in 1996 as a portfolio manager. He became Vice President in June 2001, Senior Vice President in January 2007 and Chief Investment Officer – Core Fixed Income Investments in April 2012. Prior to joining GEAM, Mr. Healey spent over 10 years in the fixed income group at MetLife.

Biografi	Vita Marie Pike is a Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer – Risk Assets Fixed Income Investments of GE Asset Management. She has served on the portfolio management team for the Income Fund since June 2004. Ms. Pike Joined GE in January 2001 and GEAM in January 2002 as a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager and became Senior Vice President in November 2010 and Chief Investment Officer – Risk Assets Fixed Income Investments in April 2012. Prior to joining GEAM she was with Alliance Capital for over nine years serving in a number of different capacities including portfolio manager.
Paul M. Colonna	President	2005	2012
Biografi	Paul M. Colonna is the President and Chief Investment Officer – Fixed Income and a Director at GEAM. Mr. Colonna joined GEAM in February 2000 as a portfolio manager and since January 2005, he has led the team of portfolio managers for the Income Fund and ST Interest Fund. Mr. Colonna became President — Fixed Income in March 2007. Prior to joining GEAM, Mr. Colonna was a senior portfolio manager with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, overseeing the Mortgage Investment Group.
Robert A. MacDougall	Director	1987	2007
Biografi	MacDougall is director, executive vice president, and portfolio manager with GE Investment Management, his employer since 1973, where he has various financial positions since joining the firm.
