Mr. Lohmeier is a portfolio manager for all investment grade strategies. Mr. Lohmeier has more than 22 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years as a portfolio manager. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lohmeier was head of investment grade credit and an investment officer at Aviva Investors. He also worked for AllianceBernstein as an investment grade portfolio manager and was assistant vice president of investments and investment grade portfolio manager at American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company. In addition, he has held analyst positions at Wells Fargo Financial and RSM McGladrey. Mr. Lohmeier holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is also pursuing a master's degree in data science at Northwestern University
Thomas Runkel	Vice President	2022	now
Biografi	Tom Runkel is a vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Investments. Mr. Runkel focuses on relative value security selection and allocation among the credit sectors for the multi-sector fixed income portfolios. He also serves as the director of portfolio strategies and the lead portfolio manager for the SMA Taxable Fixed Income strategies and supervises the Franklin SMA Taxable Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. Mr. Runkel joined Franklin in 1983 and served as a senior portfolio manager for Franklin's taxable money fund and investment grade fixed income assets as well as a trader for taxable fixed income and equity securities. Mr. Runkel founded Runkel Funds, Inc. in 2002 and managed a large-cap value fund until late 2005 before returning to Franklin in 2006. Mr. Runkel has an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara and earned a B.S. in political science from the University of California, Davis. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Biografi	Patrick Klein, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager of Franklin Advisers. Dr. Patrick Klein is a senior vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income. He leads the team managing the multisector fixed-income strategies with a focus on portfolio construction and quantitative modelling. Prior to his current role, he was a portfolio manager and research analyst focusing on the securitized, inflations protected, and portfolio construction areas. Dr. Klein was a principal member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories.

Biografi	Ms. Chou is a Portfolio Manager in the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group. She is a member of the team managing multi-sector, fixed-income strategies with a focus on corporate credit, credit derivatives, and relative value trades. Ms. Chou joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2004 as a fixed-income risk analyst and moved to the portfolio management team in 2007. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ms. Chou was a management consultant focusing on the financial services and pharmaceutical industries with the Boston Consulting Group in Hong Kong and San Francisco. She also worked in the technology department at UBS in Singapore and London and as a research engineer at a U.S. government agency. Ms. Chou holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in finance and strategic management. She also holds a B.S. and M. Eng. in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Biografi	Sonal Desai, PhD, EVP, is Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group’s Chief Investment Officer, a portfolio manager for several fixed income funds and a member of the firm's executive committee. Dr. Desai started her career in 1994 as a university academic, followed by six years at the International Monetary Fund after which she joined the private sector. She started working at Franklin Templeton in 2009. She holds a PhD(Econ) from Northwestern Univ. and a BA(Econ) from Delhi Univ.
David Yuen	Portfolio Manager	2005	2022
Biografi	David Yuen joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2000.He was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Global Long/Short Absolute Return Strategy in 2010. Previously, he was co-CIO of US Large Cap Value Equities and CIO of the Advanced Value Fund (since 2009), as well as director of research for US Large Cap Value (since early 2008). Yuen had been the director of research for Emerging Markets Value since August 2002. He joined Bernstein in 1998 as a research analyst, covering the global retailing industry, and became a senior research analyst in 1999, covering retail, textile & apparel, gaming & lodging, and consumer appliances. Prior to joining Bernstein, Yuen worked as a senior vice president of The Coleman Company from 1994 to 1998. From 1988 to 1994, he was a consultant, then partner, at WKI, a management-consulting firm specializing in emerging-market strategies. Prior to that, Yuen was a consultant with Bain & Company. He received a BS in operations research from Columbia University’s School of Engineering in 1986. Location: New York

Biografi	Michael J. Materasso is a senior vice president, lead strategist of U.S. Multi-Sector Institutional strategies, with a responsibility for U.S. Core and U.S. Core Plus. He is co-chair of the Fixed Income Policy Committee and a member of the Franklin Total Return Fund management team. Mr. Materasso joined Franklin Templeton in 1988 with 16 years of experience at Chase Manhattan Bank, Sterling National Bank, and Glickenhaus & Co. Mr. Materasso earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College in 1971.

Biografi	Roger Bayston, CFA, is a senior vice president and a senior portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group. Mr. Bayston directs a staff performing research and trading responsibilities for government-, mortgage- and asset-backed securities. Before joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 1991, Mr. Bayston managed portfolios for Bankers Trust Company's Investment Management Group. Mr. Bayston holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco and CFA Institute.

Biografi	Kent Burns, CFA, is a senior vice president and portfolio manager for the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group. He specializes in U.S. multi-sector fixed income strategies and government-related bonds. Mr. Burns has been lead or co-lead portfolio manager of the Portfolio since its inception in 2011, and joined Franklin Advisers in 1994. He holds a B.A. in quantitative economics and decision science from University of California at San Diego, and a master's degree in economic theory from University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and teaches review programs for CFA candidates. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Biografi	Christopher J. Molumphy, CFA, EVP, is chief investment officer of Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group. Mr. Molumphy joined Franklin Templeton Investments as an analyst in 1988 and has served as a portfolio manager since 1991. Prior to assuming his current role in 2000, he served as director of Franklin's High Yield and Investment Grade teams since 1994. He holds a BA (Stanford Univ.) and an MBA (Univ. of Chicago). He is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco the CFA Institute, the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research(SIEPR), and the San Francisco Bond Club.
