Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, Thomas served as the head of US Equity Index investments at Barclays Global Investors. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
Jade Huang	Portfolio Manager	2016	2020
Biografi	Jade Huang is a vice president and portfolio manager for Calvert Research and Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Vance Management specializing in responsible and sustainable investing across global capital markets. She is responsible for managing the suite of Calvert Responsible Indices, including the index construction processes, as well as developing new investment products at Calvert. She joined Calvert Research and Management in 2016. Jade began her career in the investment management industry in 2005. Before joining Calvert Research and Management, she was a portfolio manager with Calvert Investments. Previously, she was an investment analyst at Microvest, an asset management firm specializing in impact investing, and led the certification department at Fair Trade USA. Jade earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.A. in international finance and economics from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is a CFA charterholder.
Christopher Madden	Vice President	2016	2020
Biografi	Christopher Madden is a vice president and portfolio manager for Calvert Research and Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Vance Management specializing in responsible and sustainable investing across global capital markets. He is responsible for managing the ESG-related investment research in addition to being a portfolio manager. He joined Calvert Research and Management in 2016. Chris began his career in the investment management industry in 1999. Before joining Calvert Research and Management, he was a portfolio manager with Calvert Investments. Previously, he was an internal auditor at Vanguard Group. Chris earned a B.S. in finance and a B.A. in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Washington D.C., and is a CFA charterholder.
Dale R. Stout	-	2016	2016
Biografi	Mr. Stout joined Calvert in June 2002 with 16 years of experience as an Engineer. As a project manager and engineer, Mr. Stout has had considerable experience with ENSCO, Inc. in developing and managing contracts in "investment engineering" a combination of modeling, pricing structures and analysis. He was a member of senior management at ENSCO, prior to returning to graduate school and making a career transition into finance. While at George Washington, he received a scholarship grant, graduated at the top of his class and received an Academic Excellence Award. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Washington, DC.
Lise Bernhard	-	2016	2016
Biografi	Lise Bernhard is a member of the team managing Calvert’s responsible index funds. In this position, Ms. Bernhard supports the lead portfolio manager relating to all aspects of Calvert’s in-house passive equity strategies. She is also the manager of Calvert’s responsible indexes, and a senior performance analyst in the Investment Systems and Performance department. Ms. Bernhard's duties as index manager include monitoring the index provider for compliance with index rules, and providing oversight and support to the Calvert Index Committee. As a senior performance analyst, her responsibilities include GIPS compliance and reporting. Prior to joining Calvert in 2005, Ms. Bernhard worked as a group manager of performance reporting for Cambridge Associates, as well as for the Arlington Community Foundation, running a pooled investment fund for their donor advised accounts. She graduated with a B.A. in English literature from Drew University and holds an M.B.A. in finance from The George Washington University.
Laurie Webster	Portfolio Manager	2016	2016
Biografi	Ms. Webster is currently the Director of Securities Operations and in this capacity has responsibility for all middle office functions including performance, reconciliation, trading and compliance systems, accounting and GIPS. Prior to this role, Ms. Webster was V.P. of Mutual Fund Management at E*TRADE Global Asset Management where she was responsible for all mutual fund management from 2000-2005. Ms. Webster was also a portfolio manager at Calvert Investments from 1996-1999. She graduated from University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration. She holds the CFA designations well as her Series 7,63 and 24.
Matthew Moore	Portfolio Manager	2016	2016
Biografi	Mr. Moore joined Calvert in 2004 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. In addition to his duties in that role, he assumed responsibility for special projects in several areas of Calvert including Compliance, Social Research and Equities. In February 2007, Mr. Moore joined the Equities department full time. Mr. Moore is a Level II candidate in the CFA Program and holds a NASD Series 7 license.
Matthew Sheldon	Portfolio Manager	2011	2016
Biografi	Matt is a senior portfolio manager on the Natural Resources equity team and is responsible for the development of investment strategy as well as the day-to-day management of the Water Strategy and the Global Resource Solutions Strategy. Matt joined the team in April 2011. He has extensive specialist knowledge and experience in investing in the water sector, including both global public listed equities and private equity. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked at Water Asset Management where he was an Investment Analyst and at Wedge Capital Management where he was an Equity Analyst.
Catherine Cahill	Portfolio Manager	2009	2016
Biografi	Catherine is a senior portfolio manager on the Natural Resource equity team and is responsible for the development of investment strategy as well as day to day management of the Water strategy. She joined the Natural Resource team in October 2009 and has been at the firm since 2008 when she joined to manage the firm’s Irish equity portfolios. She has 21 years of investment management experience.
Jens Peers	Co-Portfolio Manager	2008	2013
Biografi	Jens Peers has been part of Mirova/Ostrum AM since 2013. Previously head of environmental equities at Kleinwort Benson Investors, Jens Peers is a thematic investment expert with 25 years of experience. At Kleinwort, he developed and managed several thematic strategies (demographic and environmental), including water, agribusiness, and clean tech. Jens joined Mirova in 2013 as CIO Sustainable Equities, and has been portfolio manager on the Global Sustainable Equity strategy since its launch in 2013. Jens has considerable international experience and has extensive knowledge of consultants’ and clients’ needs. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences on environmental, water, and agricultural themes. Jens holds a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is also a CFA® charterholder and is a certified CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst of the BVFA/ABAF – Belgian Association of Financial Analysts).
