Mr. Sallee serves as president of the Tortoise Energy Infrastructure Corp. and Tortoise Midstream Energy Fund, Inc. closed-end funds, and is a member of the Investment Committee. He has more than 21 years of industry experience and regularly speaks on national media (CNBC). Previously, he served for five years as a senior financial analyst with Aquila, Inc., where he was responsible for analysis of capital allocation at the firm’s communications infrastructure subsidiary, Everest Connections. Mr. Sallee serves on the National Board of Directors of the Gabby Krause Foundation, an organization dedicated to bringing joy, laughter and relief to children fighting life threatening disease. Biografi	Mr. Thummel joined the firm in 2004. He is a managing director and senior portfolio manager, a member of the investment committee and serves as president of the Tortoise Energy Independence Fund, Inc. closed-end fund. Before joining the firm, he was director of finance at KLT, Inc., a subsidiary of Great Plains Energy, from 1998 to 2004 and a senior auditor at Ernst & Young from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Thummel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. Biografi	Mr. Brian Kessens joined the firm in 2008. He is a managing director and senior portfolio manager, a member of the investment committee and serves as president of the Tortoise Pipeline & Energy Fund, Inc. and Tortoise Power & Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. closed-end funds. Previously, Mr. Kessens was a vice president in Citigroup’s global energy investment banking practice. Prior to Citigroup, he served as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Kessens earned a Bachelor of Science in economics degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School in New York. He is a CFA® charterholder. He served as Board President and nearly a decade as a board member and Treasurer for the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI), a Kansas City nonprofit preparing children with visual impairments to reach their highest potential in the sighted world. 032521

Biografi	Mr. Kiley joined the firm in 2005 through a predecessor firm and is a senior portfolio manager for the Tortoise MLP & Energy Income Fund and the Tortoise MLP & Energy Infrastructure fund, open-end mutual funds. Additionally, he serves as portfolio manager for the Fiduciary/Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund, a closed-end mutual fund. He previously served as vice president of Corporate & Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities in New York and was responsible for executing strategic advisory and financing transactions for clients in the energy & power sectors. Mr. Kiley graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in geology and also earned a Master of Science degree in geology from the University of Montana, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Additionally, he earned a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law and was admitted to the bar in New York. He serves on the finance committees of Rossman School and the Magic House. 032521

Biografi	James J. Cunnane Jr., CFA, serves as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Advisory Research MLP & Energy Infrastructure team. Jim oversees the firm’s MLP and energy infrastructure product lines and chairs the Risk Management Committee. Jim joined the MLP team in 1996 and currently serves as a portfolio manager for the team’s MLP & Energy Infrastructure accounts. Jim holds a BS in finance from Indiana University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder. He serves as an independent trustee to several institutional investment plans and is a member of the Board of Directors of St. Patrick’s Center.

Biografi	Armstrong is responsible for the Funds risk management. He joined William Blair in 1997 as a fixed income portfolio manager. He has been in the investment business since 1987. From 1991 to 1997 he was associated with Lehman Brothers. He is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the CFA Institute.Armstrong holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografi	Wiley Angell is the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager for the FAMCO Group at ZCM. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Wiley was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer – Equities and Fixed Income for Fiduciary Asset Management (“FAMCO”) since the firm’s inception in 1994. Prior to that, Wiley served as Portfolio Manager for General Dynamics. He was also Treasurer of Franklin Savings Association where he managed a multi-billion dollar mortgage portfolio and was responsible for the firm’s hedging strategies and balance sheet risk control. He has managed institutional portfolios for over 25 years, specializing in equity, covered call, fixed income and liability driven investing. Wiley received his B.A. in Business and Economics from Ottawa University and has served on boards of university endowments and charitable organizations.
