Biografi	Graeme is co-portfolio manager for the Global Energy Strategy in the Natural Resources team at Investec Asset Management. He joined the team in 2010 as an energy equity and commodity analyst covering conventional and new energy sources. During this time he has been instrumental in driving the team’s work on the Energy Transition and co-authored the 2016 paper on the subject; “Our energy future: creating a sustainable global energy system”. This work has provided the base for the team’s investment process and philosophy around the process of Sustainable Decarbonisation. Prior to joining the firm, Graeme worked as an investment analyst at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management where he focussed on Alternatives and Global Equities. Graeme received a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of the UK, and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Tom Nelson	-	2013	now
Biografi	Tom is the Head of Natural Resources at Investec Asset Management. He joined the team in 2012 as co-portfolio manager of the Global Energy Fund. Prior to Investec Asset Management, Tom spent seven years at Guinness Asset Management. He was part of the team that managed the outsourced Investec Global Energy Fund from 2005 to 2008, and was subsequently instrumental in the launch of the Guinness Global Energy Fund in 2008. Tom was co-portfolio manager of the Guinness Global Energy Fund and was also co-portfolio manager of the Guinness Thematic Equity Fund from its launch in 2010. He was also co-portfolio manager of the Guinness Energy Hedge Fund. Tom holds the UKSIP Level III Certificate in Investment Management and an MA in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of Oxford.

Biografi	Bradley is Managing Director responsible for North American institutional consultant relations at Ninety One. Bradley joined the firm in 2006 as the Head of Commodities & Resources. He joined the firm after spending seven years at Goldman Sachs where he worked as an executive director in the Commodity Division. Prior to this, he worked in the Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division on natural resources M&A transactions in both London and South Africa. Previously, he spent three years at KPMG in the Financial Services Division within the Treasury Advisory Group, offering clients consultancy advice on financial derivatives risk management. Bradley graduated from the University of Cape Town with an honours degree in Business Science in 1994. He completed his postgraduate diploma in Accounting (PGDA) from the University of Cape Town in 1995. In 1998 he was awarded the Chartered Accountant designation (SA).
Jonathan Waghorn	Portfolio Manager	2008	2012
Biografi	Jonathan has 17 years’ experience in the energy sector. He was a Shell drilling engineer in the Dutch North Sea and worked as an energy consultant with Wood Mackenzie before becoming co-head of Goldman Sachs energy equity research in 2000. He joined Investec as co-manager on the Investec Global Energy Fund in 2008 where he helped grow the energy franchise at Investec to a peak of nearly $3.5bn in 2011. Jonathan then joined Mercuria in 2012 to build an equities and fund management business based around the provision of external funds before joining Guinness Asset Management in 2013. Mr. Waghorn graduated from the University of Bristol with a Masters in Physics in 1995.
Mark Lacey	Head	2004	2012
Biografi	Mark Lacey is a Head of Commodities at Schroders, which involves being the fund manager for the Commodities strategy. Joined Schroders in 2013. In 2006 was ranked as No.1 energy investment specialist in the 2006 Thompson Extel Survey. He joined Schroders in 2013 and is based in London. Mark was a Portfolio Manager at Investec from 2000 to 2013, which involved managing the global energy funds. He was a Head of Global Energy at Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 2000, which involved managing energy funds.
Timothy W.N. Guinness	Chairman	2004	2008
Biografi	Tim Guinness is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Guinness Asset Management and Guinness Atkinson Asset Management, our sister US business. He has over 35 years’ investment experience. He founded Guinness Flight Global Asset Management Ltd in 1987 and was CEO (or joint CEO) from 1987 to 1999 and a portfolio manager of the Global Equity Fund. After Investec acquired Guinness Flight in 1998, he was Chairman of the company during the transition into Investec, as well as lead manager of the Investec Global Energy Fund. In 2003 he left Investec to set up Guinness Asset Management, which was appointed the outsource manager of Investec Global Energy Fund until 2008. Tim graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in engineering. He then completed a Master’s Degree in Management Science at the Sloan School M.I.T. in the United States.
