Biografi	Darcy Briggs, CFA, CGA, FRM, FCSI, VP, has been with Franklin Bissett Investment Management since 2005. Prior positions at the firm include lead manager of separately managed and private client fixed income programs. Before joining the firm, he was an equity analyst and accountant/analyst for a large global insurance company. He holds a BA (Commerce, U. Saskatchewan).

Biografi	Jeffrey Johnson, FRM, CFA, VP, has been with Franklin Bissett Investment Management since 2005. He is co-lead portfolio manager for Franklin Bissett's money market, treasury bill and Canadian short term bond funds. He performs credit analysis on fixed income issuers and trades money market securities and bonds. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a Canadian chartered bank's as a securities trader. He holds a BA (Commerce, U. Alberta) and an MBA (Schulich Sch. Bus., York U.).

Biografi	Heather McOuatt, CFA, is a portfolio manager at Franklin Bissett Investment Management and has been with the firm since 1997. She is co-lead for Income Strategy Development and Implementation, focusing on corporate credit and sector allocation strategies. Prior roles include fixed income analyst, bond/money market trader. She was named Portfolio Manager in 2003 and was promoted to her current role in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McOuatt spent two years at a Canadian chartered bank as a registered representative and options trader. She is a graduate of the Univ. of Regina.

Biografi	Mr. Le Blanc joined Bissett Investment Management in Feb 1997 as a fixed income trader & analyst. He began working on the Bissett Bond Fund in 1997 and, in January 1999, he assumed responsibility for Bissett's fixed income programs. Currently as VP, Director of Fixed Income, Mr. Le Blanc is the lead manager for Bissett's fixed income portfolios and is responsible for economic and fixed income research.
