Biografi	Russell Taylor, executive director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. He is a senior research analyst and head of the European high yield research team. In this role, Russell is responsible for identifying investment opportunities across high yield issuers in Europe, specifically focused on the consumer and industrial sectors, as well as helping to coordinate the team’s investment process. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Russell was an investment analyst at European Credit Management for two years, specializing in credit research and analysis across investment grade, high yield and leverage loan issuers in EMEA. Before this, Russell was a credit analyst at AIG Investments and Bank of America. Russell holds a B.Sc. in business administration from the University of Bath and the Investment Management Certificate.

Biografi	Peter Aspbury, managing director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in London, Peter is the head portfolio manager in our European high yield team. In this role, he focuses on coordinating and implementing credit research ideas, portfolio construction, trade execution and risk management. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Peter was the head of High Yield Research at European Credit Management, where he was responsible for the sub-investment grade research efforts of seven corporate credit analysts and three dedicated leveraged loan analysts. Previously, he spent two years at the Bank of New York in their Corporate Banking group as both a credit analyst and a Lending Officer for the Healthcare Sector. Peter holds a B.A. in history from Middlebury College, a M.Sc. in European Studies from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from Cornell University's Johnson School.

Biografi	Derek Jones is a credit analyst within the High Yield Fixed Income Team. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing, selecting and trading European high yield bonds. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2007, Derek held senior analyst roles at Speedell Securities and Janus in the United States, and WestLB in the United Kingdom. Derek previous assignment at the firm was as a senior analyst with JP Morgan Securities in New York and London between 1988 and 1999. Derek is a UK Certified Chartered accountant.

Biografi	Mark Flack is a Portfolio Manager in the Cheyne Corporate Credit Team. Prior to joining Cheyne in December 2002, Mr. Flack was a Vice President at JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management in London where he was Head of European Credit Research and a High Yield Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of credit related roles at JP Morgan. These included assignments in the Leveraged Finance Group and the Credit Portfolio Management Group. Mr. Flack graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.
